First Konica Minolta AccurioJet 30000 in Lithuania | S. Jokužis Printing House
S. Jokužis Publishing & Printing House invests in next-generation digital printing technology
S. Jokužis Publishing & Printing House is taking an important step in its technological development with the introduction of the next-generation Konica Minolta AccurioJet 30000 B2+ digital UV inkjet press. It is the first machine of its kind in Lithuania and one of the first in the Baltic States.
This investment will provide even greater production flexibility, shorten turnaround times, improve the efficiency of short and medium print runs, and enable us to offer customers a broader choice of materials and printing solutions.
Greater flexibility for real customer needs
The printing industry is evolving. Today, customers expect not only consistently high print quality, but also the ability to produce smaller print runs quickly, reorder them efficiently and update printed materials whenever necessary.
The Konica Minolta AccurioJet 30000 enables efficient short- and medium-run digital printing, allowing customers to order the quantities they actually need rather than committing to larger volumes simply to make production economically viable.
A smaller initial batch can be produced, tested on the market and, if required, quickly reprinted or updated.
This flexibility is particularly valuable for packaging, catalogues, publications and marketing materials, where designs, prices, product information and other content may change regularly.
Shorter turnaround times and a wider range of materials
One of the key advantages of the new technology is a significantly streamlined production process. The UV ink cures instantly during printing, eliminating the need for additional drying time.
Printed materials can therefore move directly to the next stages of production, including cutting, folding, laminating, foil stamping, die-cutting and binding.
The new digital printing technology also offers greater flexibility when selecting substrates. It enables printing on a wide range of materials, including coated and uncoated paper, board, textured papers, synthetic substrates, metallic materials and other speciality media.
This opens up new possibilities for producing books and publications, catalogues, marketing materials, presentation folders, packaging, boxes and bespoke printed products.
Digital and offset printing – choosing the right technology for every project
The new digital printing technology will not replace the offset printing capabilities already available at our printing house. Instead, the two technologies will complement each other.
Digital printing can be used for short and medium print runs, urgent projects, frequently updated content and personalised printing, while offset printing will remain an efficient solution for larger and more standardised print runs when it offers the best economic and technical result.
By combining digital and offset printing technologies with comprehensive post-press and print finishing services, our team can select the most cost-effective and technically appropriate production solution for each individual project.
Advanced technology supported by printing expertise
New equipment is only one part of this investment.
The AccurioJet 30000 will be operated by highly experienced printing professionals, including senior offset press operators and skilled print technologists.
Their expertise in colour management, printing materials, print production and post-press finishing will allow us to make full use of the capabilities offered by the new technology, identify potential technical challenges at an early stage and ensure consistent print quality throughout production.
An investment that creates more opportunities for our customers
The introduction of Lithuania’s first Konica Minolta AccurioJet 30000 marks an important milestone in the technological development of S. Jokužis Publishing & Printing House.
For our customers, this investment means greater production flexibility, shorter turnaround times, a wider choice of printing materials and access to both digital and offset printing technologies within one printing house.
By combining advanced equipment, decades of printing expertise and an experienced professional team, we can transform our customers’ ideas into high-quality printed products – from an initial test run or prototype to reliable, repeat production.
Whether the project involves book printing, catalogue printing, packaging, marketing materials, corporate print products or bespoke printing solutions, our goal remains the same: to find the printing technology and production process that delivers the best result for each individual project.
